Standard Category Dropdown widget broken

    Just upgraded with security upgrade 4.2.1
    Dropdown categories widget no longer drops down. Tried a few of the available widgets of this type same results. Set up Header menu to temporarily replicate the lost widget.
    Tried: AVH Extended Categories Widgets 4.0 as well same results
