 * A person opened an account which sole use is to stalk me on this site if you 
   look at this thread you will see the person and they only made to post to me 
   how do i get this persons account banned /

   for other people to use on their own sites with their own hosts. WordPress’ [philosophy](http://wordpress.org/about/philosophy/)
   and bill of rights permit people to use WordPress software for any reason they
   want, without any enforcement over legality or illegality. We leave that up to
   the webhosts. In cases of theft, abuse, harassment, or other such behavior, your
   best recourse is to contact their web host directly. You can use WHOIS to determine
   where they’re hosted, as well as resources like [http://www.whoishostingthis.com](http://www.whoishostingthis.com)
   to find relevant information.
