• I purchased Duplicator Pro specifically in order to create staging sites for my two Divi 4 websites so that I could test the process for migrating them to Divi 5. Unfortunately I found that both of the staging websites were missing nearly all of the images from the original websites, and so were useless for testing the migration process.

    I emailed support at Duplicator.com about this but received no reply, and there seems to be nothing about this on the Duplicator forum. I have subsequently found a competitor product which has enabled me to generate perfect clones of the original sites (and so test the migration to Divi 5) at a fraction of the cost of Duplicator Pro. For me Duplicator Pro has been a complete waste of time and money.

    Within a day after I posted this review I received the reply below from Mohammed (from the Duplicator support team), and as requested by him I reached out and created a support ticket at

    I am puzzled that my initial emails to support@duplicator.com were apparently not received, since the welcome email from Duplicator recommends using this email address for any support issues, and because after I raised the support ticket I was able to email the support team at this address (with the support ticket reference in the subject line) without any problems.

    At any rate, the end of the story is that Mohammed responded promptly and helpfully to my support ticket, and I have now received a full refund of my Duplicator Pro subscription. So I suppose the conclusion is that if you need support, don’t use the “support@” email address, but instead log into your Duplicator account and create a support ticket!

    I’m sorry this went the way it did. The staging builds dropping most of your images, and then not hearing back from us, is a rough sequence, and I’d like to make it right.
    To be upfront: I searched our help desk for any ticket about Divi 4 staging or missing images and couldn’t find your message. That’s our gap to close, not yours.
