    Hi,

I have trouble getting the staging site up and running. I just have a blank site. I have tried to follow the instructions in”Read this Before You Open a Support Topic”.

I have used this before with great success but now don’t know how to go forward.

Can you help me with this one?

    Cheers,

    mikko

please enable the wordpress debug log on the staging site and then send me the log file to support [at] wp-staging.com. A blank white page means there is a fatal error thrown. This should be mentioned in the debug log file of wordpress.

Read this how to enable the debug log:

    Hi Rene,

And thank you for the answer. This is very strange. Yesterday I tried to set up the staging site several times straight from the site and through the MainWP Dashboard and had no luck. Today I had no problem too get it up and running. Did everything exactly like before cos there isn’t much to do except just name the staging site ja hit clone…

    Cheers,

    mikko
