# Staging Site

 * My host supports a staging site. However, I can’t access the staging site because
   it isn’t registered. I have the paid version of Keyy.

 * Hi,
 * You will need to register the staging site with your Keyy account.
 * Do this by logging in with a username and password and then go to your Keyy settings
   and scan the QR code.
 * If you can’t login with a username and password because of Keyy then add the 
   following line to your wp-config.php file:
 * define(‘KEYY_DISABLE’, true);
 * This will let you login with a username and password so that you can connect 
   this site with Keyy.

   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
