 * Hello, I’d like to purchase a lifetime license, and use it on a staging site 
   and a production site. Is this possible? Can the same key be used on a domain
   and a seperate IP address (staging and prod sites)?
 * If not, can I link it to the staging site while we’re testing, then switch it
   to the production site when we’re ready to send it live?

 * yes you can deactivate the key anytime on a site and then activate it on another
   site.
