StageShow Gold payment – Can't download

    Hi guys,

    Just purchased stage show gold however when I input the details into the download section on the corondeck website it keeps coming up with:

    Error: Record Not Found

    I am putting in my e-mail address from paypal and the transaction Id from my payment.

    For the Product ID I assume I need to put SSG1 from the Ref on the website?

    Is this where I am going wrong?
