Stable version needed, 1.8.22 not rendering

    Hello, I assume your plugin as one of the best of its type after reading and testing numerous plugins. Still with present version 1.8.22 is not rendering completely with the following settings:
    Accordion on
    Toggle off
    Hide Categories
    Hide Categories
    Hide Tags
    Display All Answers off
    Display All Answers off
    Display Post Author off

    FAQ CPT is not opening by direct access

    Short codes
    [ultimate-faqs] is loading just question , no answer nor accourdion
    [submit-question] is outputting as text , no form

    Please support if possible or better instruct on stable version number

    Hi @n381,

    The UFAQ plugin is working fine on my end. This could related something specific to your setup.

    1.) Could you temporarily try switching to the default WordPress theme Twenty Nineteen and see if it works?

    2.) Could you try deactivating all plugins (besides ours) and see if it works? Or does it not make a difference?

    3.) Could you provide a link to your website?
