Support » Requests and Feedback » SSL URL when using get_bloginfo(‘url’) …

  • Hi,

I’d just like to think out loud about an idea regarding usage of SSL in admin area.

Most plugins probably use get_bloginfo() or bloginfo() to get a base URL of the wordpress site.

I was wondering if it could return an SSL url instead of the non-ssl one set in the options when it detects that the admin site is using SSL.

This would make some (maybe a lot) of the plugins be an SSL based url.
