Support » Fixing WordPress » SSL only partially encrypted and green validation bar not showing

  • Hi
I’ve installed a SSL on my site , a godaddy extended validation premium (green bar)
When I view my page, (a donation plugin) the green bar is not showing up
Firefox alerts me that the page is only partially encrypted.
I believe (i may be wrong) that if you have CDN scripts (such as nextgen gallery) that are remotely hosted, then thats going to cause a conflict on your page.
Is there a plugin or a method to turn off all remote scripts?

Also, am I correct in stating that these remote scripts should remain remote, and not on my hosting (shared/budget hosting)
My certificate is definitely installed, and a test page, that has nothing but https (and no wordpress) works properly

    Any ideas?

  • I have tried to make use of a plugin (wordpress https) that forces SSL but that slows my site to a crash speed, besides the plugin has not been updated in a little while
