SSL Fail – Backups aren’t working

Is there an update on this? Your developers must be aware of it, but there’s been no official response for many hours, no replies to anyone on Twitter… we’re all left in limbo.
Mishandling something like this is what costs businesses their reputation and causes customers to go elsewhere.
Please provide an update.
