# SSL Error Protocol

 * Hello,
 * I have one dedicated server using 2 vhost with SSL https port 443.
    The Main 
   Domain domain.com with alias [http://www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com) using
   SSL and can connect to jetpack without any problem. but the subdomain sub.domain.
   com cannot connect to jetpack with information bellow:
 * Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
   Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [https://sub.domain.com](https://sub.domain.com)[
   IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Unknown SSL protocol error in
   connection to sub.domain.com:443 ]

   Nothing work.
 * The [Global Sign SSL Checker](https://sslcheck.globalsign.com/en_US) was under
   maintenance, so i can’t using that site to check my SSL.
    then i use [SSLShopper SSL Checker](https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html)
   Got info all SSL was fine. but still can’t connect to jetpack
 * any solution?
 * Bellow i give detail information about my server:
    OS: CentOS release 6.5 (Final)
 * Linux 2.6.32-431.17.1.el6.centos.plus.x86_64 on x86_64 Server version: 5.5.39-
   log MySQL Community Server (GPL) by Remi
 * PHP 5.4.33 (cli) (built: Sep 20 2014 16:20:03) Copyright (c) 1997-2014 The PHP

    with the

   v0.9.36, Copyright (c) 2007-2014, by SektionEins GmbH Apache version 2.2.15 with
   mod_ssl mod_fastcgi php-fpm

 * okay finaly i fix it, seems it from my apache configuration.
    not jetpack was
   connect from SSL

 * after i recheck again, seems it was my server connection to jetpack server.
    
   because my server using very low bandwith for international connection, so i 
   need to press many times button Connect to Jetpack
