Over the weekend I updated my site’s theme from Suffusion to Scarlett. The changeover went well, however my Android phone and Internet Explorer clients are now receiving an error that was not present before.
The site returns an error that states the certificate has been issued from a trusted authority and is valid, but the name on the site does not match the address the certificate was issued to. My website’s url is http://forcedisconnect.com, and you will see in the error that the certificate claims to have been issued to http://www.google.com. Is there any way to resolve this without purchasing a new SSL certificate? I don’t know why this error has suddenly popped up.
My host is GoDaddy, if that makes any difference.
