I installed WordPress through Namecheap (my hosting service), which uses Softaculous to install blog software. When I go to my blog page, scroll to the bottom and click the Login link under “Meta”, it gives me this error and never gets to the login screen:
SSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don’t have.
Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.
Anybody have a clue as to what’s wrong? I’m paying monthly fees for hosting (for 3 months now) and haven’t been able to start my blog! (At first it wouldn’t accept my username/password, using Internet Explorer, after requesting a password change. I switched to Chrome and can now login to Namecheap’s cpanel (their site admin panel). So I installed WordPress, but now can’t login to start posting. Frustrating!!!!
