SSL Complient: How do I change all my internal links to protocol relative urls?

    I want to make my entire website an ssl site with Hostgator. How do I make my entire site compliant with protocol relative urls for all internal links, including images and plugins? Is there a javascript code or WP plugin to change all internal links??? I am using PageLines Frameworks v2.4.5. My website is: clickwowdesigns.com. I watched the Google YouTube video,”HTTPS Everywhere 2014,” which talked about protocol relative urls. Please advise.
