    Hello @olgafixproblem2,

We can see that your website is accessible on both Safari and Firefox and shows a secure certificate. Please make sure you have cleared the browser cache and cookies and then try accessing your website.

One minute ago two independent users tried to open the site and it shows the same problem. The message on phone screen is:

“This connection is not private. This web site may be impersonating “www.menteetime.ru” to steal your personal or financial information. You should close this page”

How I can resolve this problem?

    Hello @olgafixproblem2,

You can try switching the network or internet service you are using. Sometimes your ISP provider’s DNS caches your site data. Your site is perfectly accessible on both the www and non-www domains.
