• Hi Charles
    Thank you for your great plugin – I have been using it for a few years now and it has been working very well.

    I am currently moving my site to a new updated server and have found that my main feed has the error listed below.

    My site is up to date (latest version of WP and your plugin) – so the error is being caused by the updated server setup. The new server is running php7 etc..

    object(WP_Error)#1407 (2) {
      ["errors"]=>
      array(1) {
        ["http_request_failed"]=>
        array(1) {
          [0]=>
          string(55) "SSL certificate did not match the requested domain name"
        }
      }
      ["error_data"]=>
      array(0) {
      }
    }

    Looking at my feed: Mozilla throws up a warning but Chrome and IE seem happy.

    Is there an easy way to fix this?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Kind Regards
    Brad

    Hi @mcd-media-ltd

    This does not sound like the error I experienced

    It could just be that you have not configured your cert to be used by both yourdomain.com and http://www.yourdomain.com

    Hope that helps.

    Kind Regards
    Brad

    Hi

    The issue is with https://www.irishconstruction.com/

    Try it in a new browser – it looks like your cert does not include the www

    I think your cert was issued without the www – this needs to be selected when requesting the cert – you will need to get your SSL cert reissued to include the www bit

    This is definitely the problem
