SSBA Facebook Count Showing 0 No Matter What, Whether Sharedcount.com On or Off

Hi,

I can’t solve how to get the Facebook button count showing here. SSBA plugin is fully up to date with 7.4.17. Had a different sharedcount.com api key in there, switched to a new one, and get 0s though sharedcount is showing 194 for the linked post http://andrealucado.com/2018/03/06/certain-nothing-else (and have confirmed on Facebook API Explorer that there’s a count for all types of engagement on this post). Toggling sharedcount.com off doesn’t help either.

I have disabled all caching on the site, so I do not think that is in the way. And I have disabled all plugins to no avail.

Is there any help or direction to figure out how to show Facebook counts here, with 7.4.17? Thanks!
