    Hi, I’m running SSA on a site that I built for a client. I’m running this as a Popup/Modal.

    > click > schedule appointment

    Why when I click on < Schedule Appointment > Which invokes your short-code and everything is fine. If I close the Popup/Modal and Click on < Schedule Appointment > a second time, it does not show the available time slots. If I refresh the page, everything is fine. What can be done to fix this?

    This has been an open problem with SSA since 11/11/20.

    Thanks for responding. This is currently LIVE on a production site.
    Do you know when the UPDATE to fix this will be available?

    If it’s going to be a while, do you have a temporary fix in the meantime?

    Hi @wpallweb I just replied to our email thread since the code is specific for your site. This is a temporary workaround that will get your live site up and running while we work on the better/permanent fix πŸ™‚
