# SRC Issue & TinCan Upload Not Loading

 * Hi there, when I use the “Add Tin Canny Media” button in a Learndash Course, 
   and select one of my uploaded SCORM Packages (TinCan Content), the shortcode 
   displays with the following issue:
 * [vc_snc embed_type=”iframe” item_id=”1″ item_name=”NSC-Adult Moderate Sedation_3″
   width=”100%” height=”600px” frameborder=”0″ src=”[https://natsedationcen.wpengine.comhttps://natsedationcen.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/uncanny-snc/1/story.html”%5D](https://natsedationcen.wpengine.comhttps://natsedationcen.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/uncanny-snc/1/story.html”%5D)
 * Notice that the SRC is duplicating the site url. I have tried changing the URL
   to point to the correct file, but the content is still not loading, either in
   iFrame or Lightbox link form:

 * If I load the link above directly, it does appear to start loading the content,
   but it never passes the loading animation.

 * Please note that this support forum is for the Toolkit plugin only. All support
   for our paid plugins must go through our website at uncannyowl.com. You can send
   us a note using any of those forms, or create a new ticket after signing into
   your account.
 * It sounds like an SSL mismatch though. Make sure under Settings > General in 
   WordPress that the 2 URLs at the top both use [https://](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/src-issue-tincan-upload-not-loading/?output_format=md).
   Since one of your links above uses https:// and the other is [http://](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/src-issue-tincan-upload-not-loading/?output_format=md),
   it’s quite likely there is unfortunately a mismatch.
