 * It says : To be able to check the RANK please remove the “safe_mode” and “open_basedir”
   for PHP cURL on your server
 * How do i do this??

 * #2) Ask your webhost to make those safe mode and open basedir changes. Unless
   you’re running your own server, you don’t have the access to make those changes.

   anymore.
