 * We’ve successfully refined the CSS on the squeeze form for desktop using classes
   sdm_sf_tpl4_submit and sdm_sf_tpl4_submit:hover
 * However, the CSS doesn’t update the formatting of the button on the squeeze form
   on the mobile.
 * Can you let us know the classes to update the format of the button on the form
   for mobile?
