This is an issue unique to Chrome or Chromium-based browsers such as Edge. This is NOT an issue on Firefox or Safari. When the page first loads, it seems that the main- iframe.html connection that is initiated in the square.js file times out. I had to refresh it couple of times to get the connection to work and load the payment form. * I’ve deactivated various plugins, including turning off the secondary payment option on the website, but to no avail. It keeps happening. Occasionally it is an error in square.js not loading: [https://prnt.sc/h1chMDTKyq3E](https://prnt.sc/h1chMDTKyq3E) Also a secondary issue has arisen (let me know if I need to make a separate thread): clients keep complaining about processing errors — simply being unable to check out with their cards. Some transactions go through, but then there’s other cards that are simply rejected by Square for no reason (i.e. generic declines, an error occurred please try an alternative form of payment). We see the same problem on mouseflow sessions.
