    Hello,

    Credit card form fields are not showing up. just input field labels are showing. Please help.

  • Hi, from what I can see the only payment gateway offered currently is PayPal. This is telling me that if Square is installed and active that it may not be configured correctly. In the site’s dashboard, please go to WooCommerce → Settings → Square tab and see if the site is connected to the Square account. Ensure the “Log debug message” checkbox is checked as well.

    Next, please check the Payments tab under the WooCommerce Settings. Ensure the “Square – Credit card” option is Enabled and ensure the settings in that part are also correctly added. If it is connected to a Square account there should be logs for the transactions at least, please check WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab for any logs for Square that may explain what is occurring. If there are no logs, please run a test order for at least US$1 to see if one can be created.

    If after all of this the plugin is still not working please return here and let me know of any updates to the process and results of testing. I hope this helps!

    I have the same problem, and it turned out it was because of the plugin autoptimize.

    First and foremost try to identify what is breaking those input fields by just disabling CSS or JS or Image optimization (incl. lazyload).

    Once you know that, dive in and try identify what code/ files (CSS or JS) are responsible for the broken feature and try excluding that (typically plugins/woocommerce-square/ for this plugin).

    If the problem is with JS, chances are you’ll find useful information on your browser’s developer console.

    I also have the same problem when activating the autoptimize plugin. I haven’t had time to debug it (too many other critical issues), so it would be great if someone could debug it and share the findings.
