   email template sent to users?

 * Just to confirm – what is creating the email template, a plugin? A theme?
 * Based on this, next step would be looking at their documentation via their website.
   And if still nothing, perhaps contacting their support?
 * My guess, is it’s a typo or broken shortcode within the template. To check also
   that you have the latest version of plugin or theme installed. If not, do a backup
   of your site before updating either.
