Square Brackets In Google Sheets Entries

After changing our plugin from Forminator Pro to the regular version of Forminator, all of our entries have closed square brackets “[]” in the user-created fields we’ve made in the Google Sheets integration we have set up. See attached image.

How do we get those fields to stay blank like they were before?

Hi @zackmathis,

Thanks for sharing the export, I tested the form export and I’m not able to replicate the issue with the exported form at the moment. The data did save correctly without any such squares.

Are you able to replicate this with any other Google Sheets form integrated with Forminator? or is it only an issue specific to this form?

Since it works fine in the initial test and since I don’t see you mention about running a conflict test. Could you please start with by running a conflict test on your website and see whether that helps in ruling out the conflict?
