SQL syntax error in MySQL server version

  • Can anyone help?

Getting the following error message when I try to edit or add a new post to my blog:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘)’ at line 3

This problem only started today (although I’ve made no changes to the WordPress installation). I use http://www.hostforweb.com for hosting services. Any idea what the problem might be? I can’t seem to make sense of the error message or what it refers to.

    Thanks in advance,

    Boogieboa
