    I have looked at error_Log and found strange query errors. Not sure how to resolve or if it’s a bug?

    There are a lot of similar ones.

    Hi @snaphappyme

    The conclusion we have come to about this is that your theme or another plugin is incorrectly stripping out the response status code as a null status code isn’t normal.

    We would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [@] wordfence [dot] com as the email and @snaphappyme as the forum username please.

    Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.

    Thanks for the follow-up.

    I suspect it is a hosting configuration issue.

    We have now changed hosting environment so the log you want will not provide accurate info.

    I will do as requested if the issue returns.

    If it happens again can you send us the following please:

    1) We would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page.     2) The PHP error logs, with half an hour of logs either side of the error, sent to wftest [@] wordfence [dot] com. Put @snaphappyme in the email subject field so that we know it is from you.

    3) The server raw access logs, with half an hour of logs either side of the error, sent to wftest [@] wordfence [dot] com. Put @snaphappyme in the email subject field so that we know it is from you.

    4) If a scan was running at the same time then please use the EMAIL ACTIVITY LOG function on the Scan page and send to wftest [@] wordfence [dot] com

    Let me know here when the above has been done.
