sql field type changed for "archived" in wp_blogs

As per https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/25448 the archived field has changed to an enum to a tinyint

Thus in your
networks-mufunctions.php lines 41 and 61 should have

archived = ‘0’

changed to

archived = 0
