[resolved] SQL errors: missing 'slug' column in 'ngg_gallery' (2 posts)

Hi ! I don't know when you added "slug" in NGG gallery table.
I found it in the current code: slug VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL

However in a old WP installation that I just upgraded, I'm not having this column, this provokes SQL errors and it's impossible to add new galleries.

Of course, now I'm using lastest version, but how can I resolve besides from altering table myself ?
The cause of this could have been a "too massive" update ?

Well I just found this poor boy's post, that had my same problem for another (or similar) reason: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/database-error-nextgen-gallery?replies=3

Some bad moderator closed his (un)resolved problem.

Thanks to his posting the SQL query, I resolved mine (with phpmyadmin):
ALTER TABLE wp_ngg_gallery ADD slug VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL AFTER name

However I still think my problem was caused by a too rough update of nextgen.
