SQL Error relating to text of blog – using wp-mail.php

When I run wp-mail.php, I’m getting an SQL syntax error and it looks as if it’s related to any quotes in the emails that get posted. Once I remove all the quotes, wp-mail runs fine and the blog gets posted. Can someone tell me if there’s a solution to this? Is addslashes integrated in for better insertion into the database? Is this the problem?
