# SQL database error

 * Hello. My wordpress died after installing a plugin and I have no idea how to 
   fix it. Editing .htaccess doesn’t work.
 * This is the error log before and after a bunch of wierd symbols (I can paste 
   them as well if needed)

 * The issue appears to be with the `pixelyoursiteprov611` plugin, which seems to
   be “[PixelYourSite Pro](https://www.pixelyoursite.com/facebook-pixel-plugin)“.
 * If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their 
   official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community,
   and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people
   to those official locations.

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is
   one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors.
   The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

 * Thanks but why didn’t this get fixed once I deleted the plugin? Can I fix it 
   somehow by removing the plugin?

 * Because my license expired and I have no support from them anymore, so I would
   prefer to fix the problem by somehow removing the plugin rather than repurchasing
   the license just to get support.

 * How did you delete the plugin? Try browsing the files of your site, either by
   FTP or you host’s file manager, and go to `/wp-content/plugins` and delete the
   folder from there. The issue should not occur if this has been done or the folder
   isn’t there anymore.
 * If the issue is still occurring, make sure that the error message is the same
   and not something else.
 * For what it’s worth, your site appears to be working fine now when I browse it.
