sql database

first off all, a’m belgian, my native language is dutch, so…please don’t notice the spelling errors…

i’m also new in the web-design/ setting up a blog-world…
so i had trouwbles with my database (i guess)
how do i set up my database on my sql?
how many rows? how? what name do i have to give it? any special notices?…
