Does the Spun Theme by Caroline Moore work well with WP e-commerce?
I am a total beginner. I am trying to create a relatively simple e-commerce site. I really love the Spun theme.
I have used posts to create the picture circles.
I have used pages to create the menu.
Menu options are – Home (which show the picture cirlces as posts)
– Contact Us (which I have used a plugin for)
– Blog (I haven’t done much with this yet)
– About Us (which I have created a small example piece)
I also created a ‘Shop’ page but it isnt showing.
I downloaded WP e-commerce. I created categories and tags of the things I wish to sell.
Now I have started uploading products into ‘products’ section in the plugin. Where do these show? How do I make the Shop page a dropdown menu and show these products?
I hope that makes sense. I concerned the theme and the plugin are not a good match.

That plugin probably comes with a load of template files like “Account”, “Shop”, “Product”, “Basket” and so you should check with the plugin: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-e-commerce#postform .

Go to the dashboard > Appearance > Menus and add your menu items there http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen .

Why? Because I have been trying to do this for days and I can’t get it to work. Seems like me and computers are not the good match!
Thanks I’m going to check out the link you sent me and I have now mastered the drop down menu. Very easy now it’s been pointed out.
