    Right now I am feeling really disappointed.

    I have received, as did the rest of your clients an email from Dan Cameron developer of Sprout invoices. Although huge potential the service you guys have given so far, has been abysmal. I have sent you an email 7 days ago and have yet to receive any feedback.

    I mentioned to you that I was going,”live” with a client website and needed various issues resolved. I had to go it alone and paid full a stack developer to create a workaround to get things rolling naturally I was not impressed.

    Please understand when people invest in your product they not only pay for it but they spend hours of their time and money on setting things up. The least you guys can do is answer your client queries.

    I am now sitting with a live website that does not work.

    My Issue is as follows.

    When registering for a service the following message is displayed on the HTML Estimate as follows

    An embedded page at checkout.stripe.com says
    Stripe Checkout can’t communicate with our payment processor because the API key is invalid. Please contact the website owner or support@stripe.com.

    I have spoken to Stripe who has said the problem sits with Sprout. For your interest I am not even able to get to the Stripe payment checkout to enter the card details.

    I have sent a request for assistance to Sprout Support but get an automated email letting me know you are all off from the 5th to the 19th.

    Dan if you see this message please I urge you to get hold off me so that I can sort this issue out Urgently.

    I’m having the same problem with the pro version and stripe. I’m really disappointed that having paid for this plugin, not only is there zero support but the plugin doesn’t fully work.

    Hi guys,

    I think it’s best to follow up via priority support, they can surely help you more than here.

    That said checkout my reply here. Although I’m not sure if it would help Mike since that error (i.e. “Stripe Checkout can’t communicate with our payment processor because the API key is invalid.”) isn’t something that the integration can manage/control, it’s an error from Stripe and I’d imagine that their right in saying the API key is indeed invalid.

    I suggest reviewing it again, maybe you have the test credentials saved as the live credentials 🤷‍♂️

    PS: I’ve never seen this error, which is why I would lean toward the error message being correct, not a coding issue.
