 * Hi, i search but still haven’t found a way to do this:

 * If possible i want to use ul li, and no plugin.
 * Any help will be great.

 * To do this, you need to edit your theme. I have no idea what theme you are using,
   but you can either create a child theme or make your own. In your index.php, 
   you can use a ul li or a definition list, with featured image on one side and
   excerpt on the other.
