Hi there! Let me start off by saying that you have an extremely helpful plugin.

I’d like to ask if it’s possible to put a splash screen on my live website, using Super PWA? Whenever visitors open the site, I want them to see our logo first, just like how the splash screen works on the offline web app.

Second question: Is it possible for the visitor to download the entire site (i.e. all pages and posts) for offline viewing later, using Super PWA?

Your input would be very helpful.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Good day to you and thanks for the kind words. Upon PWA if a user open the app from Homescreen, as first they will notice a splash screen with logo and application name which you set upon our settings page.

As PWA is a new technology, automatically caching of all the pages and contents will feels to bad when it’s compared from the view point of a visitor. Some visitors may be coming to your website from a very low bandwidth, on those cases the users will be surely feel a very bad impression if they notice that a single page visit stole their entire data balance. We are working on some cool Add-ons to help on this and mostly you can hear more over it upon our coming versions. Stay tuned.
