 * Hi guys,
 * I’ve been asked to put together a page for a ska band and I was wondering if 
   any knows how I could create a menu that looks a little more exciting than the
   stock like ones. I’d either like to replace the whole menu with pictures (which
   they would provide) or to have something like [http://www.menucool.com/horizontal/menu-code?menu=2&skin=1&p=1](http://www.menucool.com/horizontal/menu-code?menu=2&skin=1&p=1)
   but preferably with a splatter effect for the bubble like [http://artboxdesign.biz/red-paint-splatter-png-2/](http://artboxdesign.biz/red-paint-splatter-png-2/)

 * If this isn’t possible then maybe just the splatter as a highlight when you hover
   over an item
