    Hi guys,

    Hoping you can help me.

    We have noticed yesterday that our donation form is not processing payments/gifts and they are registering as ‘Pending’ in the back end of the site, showing an endless spinning circle to the user. We are using Stripe and have checked it but cant see any errors on that side of things and the donations are showing as successful.

    We’ve disabled all plugins and we still have the issue. We did have one payment successfully go through earlier today, but it took several hours. Whereas payments made yesterday have still not been completed.

    The final step that appears under the specific donations is: “Donation accepted with Stripe account “Give freedom” using Manual API Keys.”

    Hi @lucreative1808,

    This sounds like a recent issue we discovered.

    The workaround, for now, is to use the connect method, the great purple button we have under Donations > Settings > Payment gateways > Stripe.

    Let me know if that makes a difference.

    We’ve confirmed that this is a bug for folks connected to Stripe using the Api Keys method, and Rick’s woraround above should resolve it.

    I have the same issue while using only offline payments. Not using Stripe or PayPal, so the workaround doesn’t apply for offline payment, stil it keeps loading not showing the next form.

    @lucreative1808 the update was released last week. Please update to the latest version of GiveWP and let us know if the problem persists.

    @bfabias Offline donations are handled differently. They have to be manually updated to Complete but the donation receipt should still show up.
    Please open a separate support ticket and include your System info (Donations -> Tools -> System Info)
    I’m specifically interested if any of the GiveWP related database tables has a red X next to it.

    Thanks so much @mrdaro – we updated last week when it was released (not long after my reply) and we’re pleased to report everything is working well now.
