Spin button keeps loading and nothing happens

Hello,

I have been using the plugin for a few months for an offer on our website in Spain and, in general, everything has worked perfectly, the lucky wheel appears and when you enter your name and email and click on the button, the wheel spins and you get the prize. The email has usually reached the users and the discount codes have worked.

However, we have tried to replicate the action in Portugal and we have encountered a problem, the users in Portugal see the wheel, but when they fill in the email and name fields and click on the button, the button keeps loading and nothing happens.

What could be happening?
