    <p>Edit: I apologize – it turned out that PayPal was the actual source of the trouble. They disabled the connection because one of their algorithm’s analysis said my tax number was illegal and therefore a red flag was set on my account. After I solved that issue, the plugin worked as desired.<br />I was blaming the plugin too fast. Keep up the great work!</p>

    Thanks for the feedback.

    We regret to hear about troubles with the plugin setup. Connecting your account should be a matter of about 30 seconds. If all works as expected, it only takes a few clicks to connect your PayPal account to PayPal Payments with the onboarding wizard.

    The documentation also lists steps on how you can manually connect your API credentials, in case the onboarding wizard fails for some reason.

    I couldn’t find a support request from you in the system, so I suggest getting in touch with the team as described here with the ID of your previous support ticket, so this could be looked into further.
