It is, but is quite complex. You will need to have a spellcheck app available on your server. Then best would be to search for another WordPress plugin that adds the TinyMCE spell checker.
An alternative is to use AtD in Jetpack.

IMHO best is to use the built-in spellchecker in your browser, or install a browser addon that would do spellchecking in all form fields everywhere.
