Speed not great

    The customtaxorder_get_settings function gets called about 10 times per page on my site and this then calls customtaxorder_get_taxonomies which gets all taxonomies

    Hi, thank you for reporting this.

    I really do try my best to keep the speed cost as good as is reasonable.

    There is now a 4.0.2 out which uses a transient for this setting.
    Can you confirm it works for you?

    A transient would help, keep it short lived, I think even just using the single page cache would have been enough.

    I’ve since deactivated this plugin – I couldn’t figure out what we used it for in the end, so it’s deactivated.

    However – thank you for your reply. You’re the first support reply I’ve had all day today.
