Hi Guys,

We are having serious speed issues with our website. We have found enabling any cache plugin will ruin the functionality of the price based on country plugin.

We are trying to optimise the speed but the developers can’t help without the use of a caching plugin. What can I do? Which cache plugin is supported?

You have to enable the cache support of PBoC:

Hi,

We’ve tried that and our site is still terribly slow.

We are losing customers because of the speed issue, but at the same time we need multi currency working.

Is there anyway I can pay for support for this issue to be resolved?

Hi,
I recommend you add your site to Cloudflare to improve geolocation function performance.
The AJAX function speed depends on your hosting performance. As an alternative to the AJAX functionality, you can implement a solution to generate different cache version based on the customer country, like :
