    I have a news portal and I use the free version. The tool for cleaning unused images stopped working, so I decided to send an email requesting support.

    I was assisted by (Nicholas – WPvivid Support Team).

    Even though I’m using the free version, he treated me as if it were the pro version.

    That said, I was so happy that I’m going to buy the pro version life time, but unfortunately in Brazil the version I want costs more than 1000 local currency, so I’m going to save up and buy it by the end of the year.
