 * I’ve been looking and looking and haven’t found such a thing, but is there a
   way to specify what template is used to display a post in the URL?
 * What I mean is something like:
    blog.com/?p=23&template=special
 * For my purposes, neither conditional tags nor category templates will work.
 * Thanks for any insight!
    Mannie

 * To call template url
 * `bloginfo('template_url')`

 * Thanks, but that’s not what I was looking for. I’m not looking to display information
   about the currently used template.
 * Let me try to be more clear:
    I want a link to a post to specify the template
   with which the post is shown. Clicking on my hypothetical example above would
   display post 23 using the template named “special”.

 * Custom Post Template will help you to select different templates.
