Specify item as ‘flexible’ to send as letter

    Hi,

    I want to add the ‘Letters’ option to my site, but I only want to apply it to certain items.

    For example, I sell small tubs (5cm x 5cm x 1cm) and I also sell small, flexible books. If I turn on Letters, I don’t want that shipping rate to apply to the tubs too, as they would fit in a letter but they’re not flexible.

    What should I do?
