They did on a previous version of the plugin, but aren’t anymore. For some reason it seems to have fixed the issue. Not a friendly solution, I know, but I thought I would share. If yes please try to regenerate them. I regenerated all the thumbnails with the plugin you indicated but the problem remains. Any idea how this could be permanently fixed? So I am thinking it is an server issue. Either your server admin can debug or you give me access to your server. Since the plugin works with the file system, the database and the WP backend I would need access to each of them. Otherwise I could not help you.
