# Specific user roles only

 * Hi,
    I have membership social community website. I want that everyone can see
   other members who are online in a sidebar widget. If a paying member clicks on
   them they can access their profile pages. BUT if a free user clicks on the widget
   a pop-up should appear that tells them they need to upgrade first. Is that possible–
   to let paying members use widget as normal but for free users a pop-up comes?

 * In theory, it would be possible IF there was a cookie generated for free and 
   paid users on your website.
 * So, in case there is cookie generated for different user types on your end, please,
