Specific posts or learndash lessons/quizes not showing

Hello, I’m trying to award a specific achievement on a completed quiz for example but the steps selector, when I chose for example the selector “specific learndash quiz it doesn’t show any list to chose one. The same with specific wordpress posts etc…
Also a lot of times, the steps selector it remains loading and not working well I check the console and there are different gamipress errors like:
-Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘amd’ of undefined

gamipress-admin-functions.min.js?ver=1.9.9.2:2 Uncaught TypeError: $this.gamipress_select2 is not a function

Please, make sure you have the latest version of that browser.

If it is still not working, may it looks like your issue comes from a theme or plugin conflict. Have you tried to perform a conflict test? There is an explanation about how to perform this: https://gamipress.com/docs/troubleshooting/theme-and-plugins-conflict-test/

Hello,it’s the latest version.
I’ve tried with twenty-one theme and removing the majority of plugins. Looking the console log the error that I pasted here before it seems related to $selector2 that looking your documentation I’ve read that can collide with woocomerce. what can I do?
The dropdown to select the steps it doesn’t appear on the “rank” section either.

Hi @jordif2!

We resolved problems with select2 long time ago. We made a custom case on our troubleshooting cases: https://gamipress.com/docs/troubleshooting/dropdowns-not-working/

So please, make a complete conflict test and make sure you have all GamiPress plugins updated

Hello I investigate a lot and I realized the problem is with Hustle plugin from WPMU DEV. I contacted their support and their are looking too.

And by deactivating Hustle the error disappears?

As I can see a member of the WPMUDEV team is not getting the same issue, have you tried this with a different browser?

Hello, yes, it disappears. On firefox the same, I’m on macOS.
Their team have found some errors today:

But the error they mentioned are not related to this one you are facing
“Created a PopUp and when tried to insert the GamiPress shortcode on Hustle content the Admin returned the error”

The error they found is that some scripts are not getting loaded on the Hustle Pages, something that we will check and fix on the next update

But your issue is more complex since is something that we, and the hustle team are not able to replicate, for that is possible that it comes from something of your browser or your OS
